These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Paranets Technologies Pvt Ltd.’s (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”) services, including our shared inbox platform and all related features and tools (“Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using the Services.

Definitions

  • “User” refers to any individual or entity using our Services.
  • “Account” refers to the registered profile created by Users to access the Services.
  • “Content” refers to emails, messages, and data integrated into the shared inbox platform via third-party email providers.

Eligibility and Registration

  • The Services are primarily intended for business-to-business (“B2B”) use. However, individuals may also register for personal use.
  • Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration, including email addresses, phone numbers, and other business details as required.
  • Email and phone verification may be required to complete registration.

User Responsibilities

Users agree to use the Services responsibly and comply with the following prohibitions:

  • No Hacking: Users may not attempt to hack, disable, or disrupt the functionality of our Services.
  • No Illegal Activities: Users must not use the platform to promote or engage in illegal activities.
  • No Spam or Abusive Behavior: Sending unsolicited messages, spamming, or abusive content through the platform is strictly prohibited.
  • No Scraping: Users may not scrape, extract, or collect data from the platform without our explicit consent.
  • In case of any prohibited activities, users must immediately report such misuse to us.

Data Collection and Privacy

We collect user information during registration, including email, phone number, and business details. Users may also log in via third-party services such as Google, where necessary integrations with email providers (like Gmail) are made to enable the shared inbox platform.

  • Google API Usage: Users connect their Gmail accounts to Wingg using Google OAuth. The integration is limited to fetching emails in real-time and offering functionalities such as reading, composing, and sending emails through our platform.
  • No Email Content Storage: We do not store email content on our servers. Emails are fetched in real-time via API calls and are only retained for immediate use in providing the Services.
  • Analytics: We may collect and use analytics data to improve our Services. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Payment Terms and Trial Period

We offer a 15 to 30-day trial period for users with restricted features. After the trial, users may subscribe to one of our paid plans with varying features based on the selected tier.

  • Payment Process: Payments are processed via third-party payment services. Users are responsible for ensuring valid payment methods are provided.
  • Tiered Plans: Services and features may differ based on the tier of the subscription, though we aim to provide consistent support across all plans.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellation: Users may cancel their subscription at any time. However, if cancellation occurs after the start of a billing month, the user will be charged for the full month, and there will be no pro-rata refund.
  • Refunds: Refunds are calculated based on actual usage of the Services. However, in cases where the Services have been fully utilized, no refund will be offered.
  • Failure of Payment: If a payment fails, users may contact us to request an extension. Premium features will be disabled until the issue is resolved.

Service Availability and Uptime

We aim for 100% uptime of the platform. However, there may be instances of planned or unplanned downtime. We are not liable for any losses due to downtime, and users acknowledge that service availability may vary.

User Content and Data Usage

By integrating their email accounts with our platform, users acknowledge that we do not store email content but fetch it in real-time via API. Users retain full responsibility for the content they manage through our platform. Aggregated and anonymized data may be used for analytics and service improvements.

Use of Third-Party Language Models (LLMs)

To enhance our Services, Paranets Technologies Pvt Ltd. utilizes third-party Large Language Models (LLMs) for analyzing email content and performing related actions. These LLMs are used to:

  • Analyze Content: Evaluate and process email content to provide features such as automated responses, categorization, and message prioritization.
  • Perform Actions: Execute specific actions based on email content, such as filtering or organizing messages according to user preferences.

Data Security and Privacy

  • No Persistent Storage: Email content analyzed by LLMs is processed in real-time and is not stored on our servers. The content is only used for immediate purposes and is not retained beyond what is necessary.
  • Data Transmission: All data sent to and from LLMs is encrypted to protect user privacy. Our third-party providers comply with industry standards for data security and privacy.
  • Confidentiality: We ensure that third-party LLM providers are contractually obligated to maintain confidentiality and implement robust safeguards to protect user data.

Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate a user’s access to the platform in the following cases:

  • Misuse or abuse of the platform.
  • Non-payment of subscription fees.
  • Violation of any of these Terms.

Termination does not entitle the user to a refund unless otherwise specified. We will ensure that any termination action is proportionate to the violation.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Paranets Technologies Pvt Ltd. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Services, including disruptions in third-party services such as Google OAuth and Gmail API.

Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold Paranets Technologies Pvt Ltd., its affiliates, employees, and partners harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of their use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or breach of any rights of a third party.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Jurisdiction City, India]. Users consent to this jurisdiction and waive any objections based on venue or forum non conveniens.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Users will be notified of any significant changes through in-app messages or email notifications. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
